We ensure that all our staff respect the rights of all residents to express their beliefs, choices and preferences regarding any aspect of our service. We achieve this by collaborating with residents, and also any advocate(s) of their choice to ensure that we provide the highest standard of care. We endeavour to uphold residents’ rights, creating an atmosphere of free expression and choices. Prospective residents and their families are invited to visit the nursing home in advance of admission to acquaint themselves with the service provided.

 

We believe that in addition to the first-class care we provide, it’s also our private, homely and safe environment that we have established over the years. Residents are very active and there is always something to do.
